          Since opening its doors in 1998, Vijaya Hospital, Kottarakkara has been a trusted name in healthcare for the people of Kollam and Pathanamthitta. Founded on a commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centred care, the hospital has continually expanded its services and capabilities to meet the changing needs of the community.

      Under the visionary leadership of Dr. V. S. Rajeev (Chairman & Managing Director) and Dr. Mini Rajeev (Vice-Chairman & Medical Superintendent), and through the tireless dedication of our doctors, nurses and support staff, Vijaya Hospital has grown from a neighbourhood healthcare provider into a comprehensive tertiary care centre. Our growth story also embraces education and diagnostics: we have Vijaya Jubilee Kottarakkara , Vijaya Jubilee Punalur , Vijaya Viva Health Thycadu ,Vijaya College of Nursing, Vijaya College of Paramedical Sciences, Vijaya College of Health and Management Studies, and VDC (Vijaya Diagnostic Centre), the latter operating under the leadership of Dr. Sharon Rajeev — all strengthening our role in training and serving the next generation of healthcare professionals.

        To deepen our commitment to skill development and employability, Vijaya Hospital now offers career-oriented courses in Hospital Administration and General Duty Assistant (GDA). These ASAP Kerala-accredited, NCVET-aligned training programs are offered under Vijaya College of Health and Management Studies and are designed with practical hospital exposure at their core — students receive hands-on training through internships at Vijaya Hospital, guided by experienced faculty and supported with communicative English and personality development sessions. Both programs follow industry-aligned curricula and offer placement support on completion.
